Addicted to Pole Dancing

wanted to try extended butterfly on spinning pole for ages but was very scared…. But then I tried one from normal inversion and I was spinning way tooooooo fast and so decided to start the butterfly from handspring…

after spending… an hour, I finally got one. However, still have to practise alot more…

1) legs not straight enough

2) lower arm need to push up more so that I can split my legs wider

3) longer duration

4)… etc

I was sooooooooooooo dizzzzzzzzzzzzy

Have been wanting to do this for ages after seeing Mariana and Loic’s Tango (Double) pole dance video on youtube… anyway…

Finally managed to force someone to do this stupid move with me, it turned out to be quite fun, hoho.

Sorry for constantly posting videos these days, but people kept sending me jaw dropping videos…. Meghan from X-Polesitions, was blind-folded, PLUS, she did a stunning death lay! And she remained soooo fluid and smooth after being blind folded, it’s like OH MY GOD.

How on earth was that possible? I bet it takes extreme control at the core…

Crazy pole dance routine, powerful moves with strict control… really jaw dropping *look out 2:30 – 2:40, 2:52, that Chinese drop at 3:05, straight edge bodywave at 3:20 and inverted teddy drop at 3:29)

OMG OMG OMG, yes “Straight Edge Bodywave” and “Inverted Teddy Drop”….

…the capillaries burst after doing 10x Straight Edge today!

Googled a bit on how to get rid of it (cos the dots will turn brown after a few days and these “bruise” would last for like a week, really scary looking!):

- something called “capillary clear solution”, not sure about what that is…
- some say putting on peanut butter works, i will give this a try (why not anyway, it can only make my face smelling nice if it doesn’t work, lol)

I have also uploaded a video of those straight edge…. sorry about my body fat, have just submitted my thesis 2 days ago and had been sitting quite alot recently, and hence the FAT BELLY!

Working on “getting into shoulder mount and cartwheel mount” smoothly… (although it still looks weird)…
