Street Pole Dance!
As a pole dancing student, it is very difficult for me to resist the dark force to strike some pole poses on these street “poles” :p
These “poles” are indeed directional signs, which are part of the “Visitor Signage Improvement Scheme” implemented by the Hong Kong Tourism Commission.
There are mainly 3 types: Directional Sign, Mapboard and Idenification Sign. These visitor signage aimed to provide convenience for visitors while travelling around Hong Kong.
These photos are listed according to the dates they were taken:

…the capillaries burst after doing 10x Straight Edge today!
Googled a bit on how to get rid of it (cos the dots will turn brown after a few days and these “bruise” would last for like a week, really scary looking!):
- something called “capillary clear solution”, not sure about what that is…
- some say putting on peanut butter works, i will give this a try (why not anyway, it can only make my face smelling nice if it doesn’t work, lol)
I have also uploaded a video of those straight edge…. sorry about my body fat, have just submitted my thesis 2 days ago and had been sitting quite alot recently, and hence the FAT BELLY!

OK, I do admit and I’m a bit mad these days… whenever I see a pole on the street, I would think of the possibility of doing some moves on it.
I wanted to do an inversion but there were several people around and I was kinda shy (haha) so I gave up :p
It was fun, I should start a section on “pole dancing at weird places”, lol. I knew that was a girl who did some crazy moves outside the Rome Colosseum.
I really like this picture (thanks to the one who took this pic!) especially with the water host (I have no idea on what it is called…)
p.s. as you might have noticed, this was taken at the Peak, hee

Ho Ho Ho, another nice photo shot from Symone’s party
I didn’t go into the pencil from ground (i.e. NOT from Iguana mount). I basically climbed onto the pole, performed a crossed-knee release and then simply released my legs from the pole…
I was supposed (ok, supposed to) do a rubber pencil, then straighten my leg back and return back to the original position (i.e. sit on the pole). But I was too tired PLUS the pole was quite slippery… oppps!
I have cropped off most of the background as you wouldn’t want to see the others’ facial expression (they were like “WTF?!?!”)… so I’ve got Ashley chopped off, leaving Gina in the background :p
Thanks Brenda for taking this photo, kiss kiss :**
I am currently working on a nicer looking (and more stable) rubber pencil (i.e. the pencil with the legs bended towards the pole and the ground)…

Don’t my legs look LOOOOONG in this picture? the Superman pose really enhances the length of your legs!
Thank you Selma for taking this photo at this specific angle… and thanks to the 4″ high heels too :p (They were Ellie’s 3″ mini-platform shoes but I reckon they are4″ high…)
Taken on 17.05.08@ Symone’s Welcome home party
