Hey, very good beginning, but still needs work. I think that you need to practice your transitions. When you reach the floor, you need to carry the flow directly into the next position. Try using more rotation to gain your momentum. Like in martial arts, being a bit more explosive through using centripetal force can really give you great inertia to pull off better transitions, smoothing and moves. I think you are doing quite good though. I hope this helped. Let me know if I can advise further. . Feel free to email and take care. I’m pretty busy, but I’ll find time to respond

Who am I?
Greetings from Hong Kong! My name is Denise (DiN) and I have been learning pole dancing for about a year... I learn pole dancing at PoleDivas Hong Kong and is currently an advanced student (umm...).
I am currently working on the Handsprint and Cartwheel mount, splits, and candle stick if possible. Hoping to start doing more on spinning pole too. Have a look at my videos on YouTube :-)
Hi Mate.
Love your site. I was wondering if you’d be interested in reviewing my DVD? If so let me know and I’ll send you a copy
Cheers
Jess
